Trump to ‘make most essential announcement in historical past’ in World Cup bombshell

Donald Trump plans to make the ‘most important announcement in human history’ during the World Cup – confirming mankind has had first contact with aliens.

That is the astonishing claim of Brit documentary film-maker Mark Christopher Lee who said Washington insiders have told him the US President has already written the speech that will ‘change humanity forever’.

Lee predicted Trump will address the nation on July 8 2026 while the eyes of the world are on the football tournament in the US. That will be exactly 79 years after the US Army released an official statement announcing it had recovered a ‘flying disk’ after a reported UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico.

It was later retracted as officials claimed the debris had really been a high altitude balloon used for monitoring Soviet nuclear tests. Despite claims from whistleblowers that US defence chiefs have been secretly reverse-engineering crashed UFOs ever since Pentagon officials continue to publicly deny they have any evidence aliens exist.

But Lee said the anniversary of the Roswell statement will be used by Trump to ‘address the nation and the world to confirm the reality of extraterrestrial life, UFOs, and potential first contact’.

He told the Daily Star: “Sources close to the Trump administration tell me the speech is complete and ready. This is not a drill.

“This is not speculation. This is the real deal. The date is no coincidence.

“July 8 marks the historic moment in 1947 when the world first learned of the ‘captured flying saucer’ in New Mexico – before the cover story kicked in. Choosing the 79th anniversary sends a clear message – the decades of denial are over.

“The truth that crashed in the desert all those years ago will finally be acknowledged from the highest office in the land. This will be the most important announcement in human history.

“President Trump is preparing to tell the world what many of us have known for years – we are not alone.

“And the US Government has known it since at least 1947. First contact protocols are being discussed at the highest levels. 2026 is the year everything changes.

“With the FIFA World Cup drawing global eyes to North America this summer the timing guarantees billions will hear the message. Roswell truthers, UFO believers, and sceptics alike are bracing for what could be the ultimate ‘I told you so’ moment.”

Online prediction platform Polymarket had suggested Trump may release the US Government’s real life X-Files before Christmas. It said the odds had soared from 6% to 98% since December 6.

The platform is where folk gamble on the outcome of real-world events such as elections, sports, or UFO sightings. Bets totalling more than £5m were placed on Trump demanding his Government should tell-all on aliens.

Lee was convinced then the betting flurry was based on inside information, adding: “Trump will be the disclosure president.”

Up to now White Houses, intelligence experts, the US military and NASA have all denied humans have ever encountered UFOs, recovered crashed spaceships or made contact with alien life.

But bombshell new documentary The Age of Disclosure included a host of interviews with high-ranking government officials detailing an alleged 80-year cover-up of alien life and the technology humans have created using crashed UFOs.

While Trump has remained skeptical about the existence of UFOs he has repeatedly promised to release whatever his administration discovered to the public. Last year he told the Lex Fridman Podcast: “I’d love to do that. I have to do that.”

Whistleblower and retired US Air Force major David Grusch recently claimed Trump could soon reveal the US Government has alien remains and been visited by ‘UFOs on numerous occasions’. He said the president had been ‘fully briefed’ on incidents involving crashed spacecraft, the existence of multiple alien races, the origins of these beings and their intentions here on Earth.

Sources have claimed Trump has intensified his personal inquiries since the 2024 election and is preparing to tell the public what he has learned from his intelligence officials because he believes Americans ‘have a right to know’.
