A blaze has erupted at a tower block in Birmingham city centre. The fire has gripped a high-rise on Constitution Hill, Hockley.
West Midlands Fire Service has dispatched eight crews, bringing more than 30 firefighters to tackle the emergency. One witness told BirminghamLive: “Massive fire on Constitution Hill, Hockley.
“Avoid the area 20 firefighters everywhere.”, reports Birmingham Live.
West Midlands Fire Service took to X to announce: “We have 8 crews in attendance at Constitution Hill, Hockley, where they have responded to Tall Building Fire.
“Please avoid the area, where possible.”
