Trump trolled by protesters who painting him and Putin in energetic love act

Trump has famously cosied up to Putin in the past and previously spoke of his relationship with Putin, declaring: “I spoke indirectly and directly with President Putin, who could not have been nicer.”

Donald Trump has been portrayed in an energetic act of love with Vladimir Putin by protesters angry over his plans to annex Greenland.

The Orange Manbaby – previously dubbed Putin’s Poodle by your Daily Star – was depicted by an inflatable effigy entangled in the arms of one resembling the Russian despot.

US president Trump has been accused of cosying up to Mad Vlad and even tried to rewrite history last year when he claimed Ukraine had started the war with Russia, totally ignoring Putin’s invasion.

A brief video of the inflatables circulated online as thousands of Danes and Greenlanders marched in opposition of Trump’s plan to buy or seize the island by force.

One wag quipped: “The respect that Trump gets around the world… Like never before…” Another bluntly said: “Accurate”.

Another shared the video using Trump’s own words, joking: “‘Our country was known as a joke. Now, everyone respects us’ – DJT. Meanwhile, everyone around the world.”

Elsewhere, demonstrators across Greenland and Denmark held signs of protest, waved their national flag and chanted “Greenland is not for sale” in the face of increasing threats of an American takeover.

Demonstrations were held in Danish cities including the capital Copenhagen as well as in Greenland’s capital Nuuk. Many protestors repurposed Trump’s Maga catchphrase and held signs that read: “Make America Go Away.”

Greenland’s Prime Minster Jens-Frederik Nielsen joined the protests as opinion polls suggest 85% of Greenlanders oppose the territory joining the US.

Fellow European countries have rallied to Denmark’s support, arguing that the security of the Arctic region should be a joint Nato responsibility.

But a furious Trump responded by ranting that a string of European countries would be slapped with tariffs until he secures the mineral-rich territory, including the UK.

And in a chilling message to Norway’s PM, Trump warned that he “no longer feels an obligation to think purely of peace” because he was denied the Nobel Peace Prize, with the winner selected in the country.

He fumed: “I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding, and now, NATO should do something for the United States. Now it is time, and it will be done!!!” When asked if he would seize Greenland by force, Trump said: “No comment.”
