Twisted pilot ‘secretly’ movies lewd act with flight attendant and ‘shares’ it with buddies
Tim Capron stands accused of filming a sexual encounter with a co-worker he matched with on Tinder without her knowledge and sharing it with his pals — though he denies the charges
A British Airways pilot is believed to have “secretly” filmed himself romping with a co-worker before sharing it with his pals. He strongly denies the claims, saying that the video was deleted from his phone after his sexual partner asked him to.
Tim Capron is facing one count of voyeurism after he had gotten hot and steamy with one of his fellow airline co-workers, who worked as flight attendant in 2021. The pair first met on Tinder, and had gone on a previous date before the incident took place.
It comes as further information regarding what the pilot had been wanting to do with the alleged victim has been unearthed. This included shocking claims of some of Capron’s alleged “darkest desires”.
Reading Crown Court heard how pilot Capron had first met the unnamed victim after matching with her on Tinder in August of 2021, according to the Daily Mail. The pair had gone on a date previously on September 6, and things had gone well, so a second date was arranged four days later.
During their second date, the pair met at Capron’s house, with prosecutors claiming he had already been messaging his friends when he let her in. According to her version of events, Capron had explained the situation with his friend — Steven Farnworth, whom he claimed was a pal from his days training to be a pilot.
As the pair hit it off once again, things took a turn as they started to engage in sexual activity. In the midst of the moment, Capron “requested” that the woman, who cannot be identified for safety reasons, put on a blindfold.
Prosecutor Jane Davies then alleged: “The complainant, now blindfolded, could not see what the defendant was doing, but she heard a noise which sounded like a mobile phone being placed on a wooden surface. The blindfold shifted a little and she then saw a blue light coming from the defendant’s mobile phone.
“That mobile phone was in fact on the bedside table,” Jane continued. “She could see on the screen that two videos had been sent on a WhatsApp application.”
The victim was allegedly furious at the potential that Capron had filmed the act as it was happening without her consent. She immediately ripped off the blindfold and demanded to know what the video notifications were.
Capron is reported to have told the victim that Farnworth had been “asking him what he was doing”. He went on to apologise and then deleted the videos that he had allegedly taken, adding: “I’m glad you caught me because I should not have done it.”
After snacking on a pizza, Capron is alleged to have tried to initiate sex again, but the victim made it clear that she was not up for it and left a short time later. She later asked him for proof that he had in fact deleted the videos, to which he shared a screenshot of his photo app.
Shortly after the incident, she found that flirty messaged between her and Capron on Tinder had been deleted “from his side”. However, some conversations between the couple were recovered, showing he had allegedly had a dark fantasy.
One message sent by Capron to the plaintiff from August 24, 2021 said: “Hmmm, darkest desire? Do you love consensual rape, that sort of thing?”
She responded the message had made her feel “uneasy”, adding: “rape is never consensual”. The trial continues.
