Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy’s intercourse life with bonk ban, ‘vile’ sign and dishonest claims

Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy are one of the most famous couples in football and the pair aren’t afraid to spill their steamy secrets about their smitten relationship in public

Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy never hide from opening up on the steamy details of their smitten relationship with the couple making plenty of admissions about their sex life.

The former Liverpool and England star, who celebrates his 45th birthday today (January 30), met Merseyside model Abbey, 40, in December 2005 during his time at Anfield. They later married in June 2011, becoming one of the most famous couples in football.

Crouch, who scored 106 Premier League goals during his career that took him from non-league to the Champions League final, is no stranger to receiving quips about his ability to pull the Scouse stunner, and he admitted he feared she’d never fancy him when they first met.

Asked if he chatted her up, ex-Tottenham striker Crouch replied: “No, I just thought she was out of my league, really, so she chatted to me!” The former Aston Villa frontman proceeded to quip: “I’ve pulled the wool over her eyes for 14 years!”

All those years later, the couple have four children together and are still going strong. Especially in the bedroom, where they’ve made no secret about the intimate details.

‘Vile’ signal

Speaking on their The Therapy Crouch podcast, Abbey revealed that FA Cup winner Crouchy has a very simple way of letting her know he’s feeling randy.

She said that he sends her “sexual emojis” when she gets home and he realises they’re alone – but she wasn’t keen on revealing them all.

Abbey said: “I just get a beaver and an aubergine emoji text. I’m not even gonna say the last one but you can imagine what it is.”

Her Joker husband confirmed there were “three emojis”, with Abbey explaining: “I’ve got a bit of hydration in there. How vile is that? Am I supposed to go, ‘Oh yeah, now I’m bang up for it.'”

Crouch added: “I’m just letting you know, I’m putting my cards on the table!”

Hands-off

Also on their podcast, Abbey confessed she’s come up with a way to make sure the ex-Southampton striker leaves her alone.

The couple have been together for 16 years, and Abbey admitted she was glad he still found her attractive, but she said his constant horniness “drives her insane”.

Speaking of her dressing gown tactic, she said: “Instead of tying the belt at the front, I tie it at the back. It’s like, ‘How do I untie this thing?’ It works a treat.”

Crouch asked why she didn’t want him trying it on with her, and Abbey said: “I do. Any other time is fine, but not when I’m getting ready.”

Sex ban

Abbey lifted the lid on her bedroom antics with the former Portsmouth frontman when she revealed they “didn’t have sex” while pregnant with their fourth baby, Jack.

The model admitted things didn’t get hot and heavy between the sheets when she was pregnant, telling Love Magazine: “When I got pregnant with Jack we hated each other, we didn’t even have sex.”

While she added on the Lockdown Parenting Hell podcast: “We hated each other at that point, so I don’t even know how I got pregnant to be quite honest.”

Abbey continued: “The pregnancy with our three-year-old, Johnny, was hell, I hated him, and he hated me. So, I don’t know how it happened.”

The model explained that Crouch wasn’t pleased when she called him to break the news she was pregnant as he allegedly replied: “If you’re going to say what I think you’re going to say, don’t say it.”

But when he came home later that night, he said he’d had “time to think” and that it was going to be “OK”.

Abbey dubbed Jack a “gift from God” after all the drama with Crouch, saying: “That’s why we call him the gift from God. He is just wonderful and he’s fabulous and he’s fitted in so well.”

Dishing why they fought, she added: “He sold the idea of retirement to me as a completely different thing, where we would be going on lunches together and holidays – all lovely things.”

However, she explained she and the ex-Stoke City target man became closer than ever during lockdown and added: “I’ve enjoyed having Pete home and spending this quality time with the kids. Even though I want to kill them at times – I’ve loved it.”

‘Cheating’ scandal

The couple reportedly faced a tough period when Crouch was accused of cheating in 2010. He was alleged to have paid for a teen sex worker on a stag weekend in Madrid, while Abbey was pregnant with their first child, Sophia.

Abbey and the 42-time England international managed to move on from the claims and got married three months after Sophia was born.

The model addressed the scandal in 2014, when she said: “It was horrendous. For any woman who is pregnant or had a baby, it’s tough.”

But she confirmed she and Crouch had put the drama behind them and described it as “one of those things”.

The mum added: “He’s my best friend. He makes me laugh – he’s kind, generous and the most incredible dad. I’m so proud of him.”
