Pervert filmed performing lewd act ‘with vacuum’ close to Disney World
A 51-year-old man has been arrested and charged after allegedly walking nude and performing a sexual act with a vacuum cleaner at a resort, as witnesses filmed him

A man has been arrested and charged after allegedly walking nude around a resort and engaging in a sexual act with a vacuum cleaner in public. Authorities said the alleged pervert, who manages Airbnb properties, was identified through witness statements and security footage after multiple reports from residents.
Authorities in Kissimmee, Florida, USA have reportedly charged a man following reports that he was seen walking naked around a resort and performing a sexual act with a vacuum cleaner in public.
Deputies from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office were called to Windsor Hills Resort on January 22 after witnesses reported the man exposing himself outside a residence.
Kevin Dale Westerhold, aged 51 of Oviedo, Florida, was arrested near his residence by the Oviedo Police Department at the request of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday (January 27) and booked into the Seminole County Jail. He is charged with exposure of sexual organs.
Witnesses provided statements and a cellphone video of Westerhold “partially clothed” outside the residence “engaged in a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner”. Deputies had responded to Grassendale Street in Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee, following the disturbing complaints.
The suspect left before deputies arrived, the sheriff’s office informed in an official statement. According to the statement, further investigation revealed that the suspect and his wife are listed as hosts of Airbnb properties on Grassendale Street and Almaton Loop, both in Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee.
The deputy also reviewed a complaint from January 21 regarding a nude male in a shared hallway.
The resident provided ring camera footage of the incident.
The deputy canvassed Almaton Loop and obtained additional statements from residents reporting similar behavior by the suspect, the sheriff said.
These incidents had been reported to the Homeowners Association in December.
Residents also provided Blink video footage showing the suspect partially clothed or nude in the hallway.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for the suspect, who resides in Oviedo, Florida.
