Alisha Lehmann life in pics as ‘world’s sexiest footballer’ goes public with new romance

Alisha Lehmann has enjoyed a successful career, both on and off the football pitch.
The 27-year-old, who has previously been dubbed the “world’s sexiest footballer”, boasts more than 15 million Instagram followers. The Switzerland international has sealed several lucrative endorsement deals, including Prime and fashion brand Tezenis. However, football remains her primary focus and Lehmann recently returned to the Women’s Super League after signing with Leicester City in January.
She has also already begun her management career as the new Leicester recruit is head coach of Baller League team MVPs United alongside presenter Maya Jama. It is through her Baller League work that Lehmann appears to have met her new boyfriend Montel McKenzie.
The popular footballer revealed her new romance with Folkestone Invicta full-back and former Love Island star McKenzie on social media as she reflected on 2025. Captioning the post, Lehmann wrote: “A year full of love, family, friends and all the beautiful people in my life. Thank you for making me strong and to show me, life’s worth everything. Thanks to everyone for the wishes, you make me a better person and that’s why I will never give up.”
Her new partner McKenzie played for MVPS United and also featured in the 10th season of Love Island in 2023. Lehmann’s love life has been well-documented, having previously dated Swiss international Ramona Bachmann and ex-Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz.
The forward’s career began with BSC YB Frauen in her native Switzerland, where her performances earned her a move to West Ham United. Following a loan spell at Everton, Lehmann was snapped up by Aston Villa and proved to be a star player for the Villans.
Her impressive displays resulted in a high-profile move to Juventus in 2024, moving to Turn alongside her then-boyfriend Luiz. Lehmann won Serie A and Coppa Italia in her sole season with the club before moving across Italy to Como.
The Switzerland international only briefly stayed with her new side before opting to return to England with Leicester. Upon signing for the Foxes, Lehmann told the club’s website: “It feels amazing and I’m so happy to be here. It feels like a homecoming, coming back to England, and I’m really happy. Leicester is an amazing club. I’ve seen the training ground and, of course, the stadium. They want to push women’s football forward.”
