Comedian Trevor Noah is hosting the show for his sixth consecutive and final time, where he took aim at Nicki Minaj‘s MAGA alliance and mocked Trump.
Grammy viewers slammed Jelly Roll after he swept an award for best contemporary country album, comparing his acceptance speech to ‘religious psychosis.’
Rapper Kendrick Lamar leads the nominations with nine total, surpassing Jay-Z’s record of 25 awards for the most Grammy wins after snatching Best Rap Album for GNX.

Jelly Roll slammed for religious acceptance speech
Jelly Roll was slammed for his overtly religious speech during his acceptance speech for best contemporary country album.
‘I believe that music had the power to change my life, and God had the power to change my life. I want to tell y’all right now: Jesus is for everybody, Jesus is not owned by one political party. Jesus is not owned by no … label. Jesus is Jesus,’ he said.
Critics blasted him for the rambling speech and even blamed it on his recent weight loss.
‘That GLP-1 really fast-tracked the religious psychosis for Jelly Roll, huh,’ one person wrote on X.
‘Jelly Roll being like scary skinny suddenly, girl, what happened. Now the face tattoos and Jesus talk seem even more menacing,’ wrote another person.
‘Does this mf Jelly Roll ever just talk normal?’ a third person added.
Lauryn Hill honors D’Angelo and Roberta Flack
Lauryn Hill led the tribute to D’Angelo along with Lucky Daye, Raphael Saadiq, Anthony Hamilton, Leon Thomas, Bilal and Jon Batiste.
She also honored Roberta Flack with Batiste, Leon Bridges, Alexia Jayy, Lalah Hathaway, October London, John Legend, Chaka Khan and Wyclef Jean.
Slash and Post Malone lead tribute to Ozzy Osbourne
Slash and Post Malone, as well as Chad Smith, Duff McKagan and Andrew Watt paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne with a performance of War Pigs.
Ozzy’s wife Sharon as well as two children Kelly and Jack were visibly emotional as the tribute was played, crying as images of the Black Sabbath front man flashed on screen.
Reba McEntire makes Grammy performance debut
Reba McEntire gave her first ever Grammys performance singing her song Trailblazer during the tributes segment of the awards show honoring the musicians who died over the last year.
It included tribute to her former stepson Brandon Blackstock, a talent agent and former husband of Kelly Clarkson, who died last year at age 48.
Lady Gaga blasted for underwhelming performance
Fans blasted Lady Gaga for her ‘underwhelming’ Grammy performance of Abracadabra.
‘Lady Gaga performance is.. why are you just standing there doing glambot?? where’s the gag, the choreo? the dancers??’ one person wrote on X.
Another added, ‘Why did Lady Gaga just perform with a lamp shade over her head.’
‘Lady Gaga performance was a chop I’m sorry #GRAMMYs. A very aggressive CHOP. I hate when artists try to flip their songs for an award show,’ a third person wrote.

Billie Eilish ranted against US Immigration and Customs Enforcement during her Grammys acceptance speech.
‘As grateful as I feel, I honestly don’t feel like I don’t need to say anything but that no one is illegal on stolen land,’ she said.
‘It’s just really hard to know what to say and what to do right now. I feel really hopeful in this room, and I feel like we just need to keep fighting, speaking up and protesting. Our voices really do matter, and the people matter.
