Six Nations captain’s blonde bombshell WAG leaves little to the creativeness in bikini pics

Caelan Doris has fast become one of the most recognisable names in Irish rugby and the 27-year-old has been winning on and off the pitch with his new flame

Caelan Doris will hope to celebrate an opening Six Nations win against France with his blonde bombshell beau at the Stade de France in Paris.

The 27-year-old will lead his country out against France in their first game of the 2026 Six Nations. Head coach Andy Farrell places his trust in the flanker to take Ireland to a title this year, after coming third in the 2025 tournament and winning the Triple Crown by beating England, Scotland and Wales.

Doris will have his family cheering him on in the stands, and they will likely be joined by his new beau, Meadhbh McGann. The rugby star’s girlfriend was spotted giving her rugby partner a loving kiss and embrace after the team’s 46-19 win over Australia in November 2025.

Meadhbh runs a wellness community online called McGann Clann and recently returned home to Ireland after a period staying in Bali. Fans started noticing the couple’s relationship after Meadhbh posted a number of pictures in what is called an ‘Instagram dump’ in November last year.

The caption read: “A long-overdue life lately ~ europe edition,” with pictures featuring Caelan throughout a reel of 20 photographs. First up was a snap of the couple cuddling up with a dog, then a walk on the beach front with Caelan’s mum.

Loving pictures also captured the pair kissing on a yacht, posing for a selfie and Maedhbh helping her partner celebrate Ireland’s win over Australia.

Maedhbh also enjoys a photoshoot to share her Instagram, with her bikini pictures in Bali capturing the eye of followers in May 2025. Comments like “Utterly obsessed” and “Wowww angel” filtered through as hundreds of likes spread across her social media platform.

While not much is known about Doris’ new partner, Maedhbh describes herself as a “sensitive soul” on her McGann Clann website, where she dedicates her career to guiding women through “survival strategies and symptoms” to return to their true selves through in-person and online classes.

This mindfulness lines up with Doris’ own feelings after he told The Irish Times all about his journey through therapy after a number of concussions led him to “confront deep-rooted emotions supressed since childhood.”

He said: “I would have been known by family and friends as being quite calm and taking things in my stride, and I probably liked that perception. If I was feeling anxious or nervous about something, or sad about something, [my attitude was], ‘It’ll be grand, they don’t need to know. It’s fine. It’ll be fine.’

“That came to a head with the worry around the concussions in 2021. It felt like the level of worry and anxiety around the concussions was too big for that coping mechanism. It overwhelmed that way of dealing with things which was just, ‘Push down. Push down.’ And my body started speaking to me and being like, ‘There’s something not right here. It needs addressing.’

“It’s an ongoing process. I get checked up quite regularly and I feel like I’m in good hands around it, so it weighs on my mind so much less.”
