Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin make shock cameos in Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX halftime present
Bad Bunny delivered a spectacular halftime show at Super Bowl LX with celebrity cameos from Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, Cardi B, Jessica Alba and Pedro Pascal at the Levi’s Stadium
Bad Bunny enlisted the star power of Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, Cardi B, Jessica Alba and Pedro Pascal for his Super Bowl LX half-time spectacular, whilst the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots took a well-deserved breather from a war on the grid.
The elaborate production unfolded at Levi’s Stadium, with Bunny weaving through countless recreated agricultural scenes whilst celebrating his Puerto Rican roots.
Clutching an American football, the 31-year-old navigated past labourers in straw hats harvesting canes, paused briefly to groove at a cocktail station, and strolled by a group of elderly gentlemen engaged in a spirited game of dominoes.
Following a stop at a makeshift nail bar where he deposited the football, Bunny then wandered past four female construction workers and a stack of concrete blocks, before presenting a drink to a taco seller.
Crouching beneath boxers Xander Zayas and Emiliano Vargas mid-sparring match, the artist then navigated past a jewellery booth, snatching up an engagement ring which he subsequently delivered to a gentleman proposing to his beloved.
The cameras then swept to a bustling structure where a constellation of celebrities gathered outside in synchronised movement, with Alba, Cardi B and Pascal amongst those moving rhythmically to Bunny’s soundtrack, as he emerged on the rooftop overhead. After smashing through the aforementioned ceiling, Bunny found himself atop a pickup truck, dancing away as spectators inside Levi’s Stadium looked on in amazement.
With a shift in rhythm, Bunny then weaved through a line of violinists, before the cameras captured a joyful couple exchanging Spanish vows before their delighted wedding party. The crowd then parted, with Lady Gaga commanding centre stage in a breath-taking blue gown at the microphone, delivering a sizzling version of her chart-topper ‘Die With A Smile,’ whilst encircled by a compact brass ensemble and spinning performers.
Gaga and Bunny then shared a dance together, before the shot moved to Martin seated in a white plastic chair alongside an acoustic guitarist as he performed Bunny’s ‘LO QUE LE PASÓ A HAWAii.’ The interval show concluded with Bunny waving a Puerto Rican flag in a field before scaling a telephone pole, as pyrotechnics exploded around him.

After descending and saying: “God bless America,” Bunny was surrounded by an array of flags as a display read: “The only thing more powerful than hate is love,” whilst he strode down the pitch clutching a football once more.
More red, white and blue pyrotechnics were then launched as the interval performance came to an end. While the vast majority of supporters at Super Bowl LX appeared to relish the spectacular display of artistry and music, Jake Paul pledged to change channels in an extended tirade against Bunny on X, branding the artist a “fake American.”
Posting on X, the 29-year-old wrote: “Purposefully turning off the halftime show. Let’s rally together and show big corporations they can’t just do whatever they want without consequences (which equals viewership for them).

“You are their benefit. Realize you have power. Turn off this halftime. A fake American citizen performing who publicly hates America. I cannot support that.”
This follows Bunny’s criticism of President Donald Trump’s immigration policies whilst recently collecting his Grammy for Album of the Year. During his acceptance speech, the musician declared: “Before I say thanks to God, I’m going to say ICE out.
“We’re not savages, we’re not animals, we’re not aliens, we are humans and we are Americans…The hate gets more powerful with more hate.
“The only thing that’s more powerful than hate is love. So please, we need to be different. If we fight, we have to do it with love.”
