Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi flip up the warmth and stun onlookers throughout Sydney clifftop photoshoot following Wuthering Heights premiere

Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi created quite the stir on Friday during a photoshoot in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

The Wuthering Heights stars slipped into their finest and dazzled onlookers as they posed on the cliffs of Bronte Beach for what appeared to be an upcoming editorial.

The location was no doubt a nod to author Emily Brontë, whose sole classic novel, which focuses on the intense, destructive, and obsessive love between Heathcliff and Catherine Earnshaw on the Yorkshire moors 

Margot, 35, looked sensational in an intricate corset in shades of off-white and bone by Dilara Findikoglu that made the most of her stunning frame.

Meanwhile, Jacob was the epitome of cool in a red mesh-knit jumper and wide-leg belted jeans. 

He added to the look with designer shades. 

Jacob made sure to be the perfect gentleman, tenderly guiding Margot across the rocky cliffs in between frames. 

At one point, Margot was unsteady on her feet as her towering heels lost their footing.  

In between shots, Margot covered up against the biting sea breeze by donning a black jacket. 

The onscreen lovers’ chemistry was evident as crowds gathered to watch the home-grown stars turn on the charm against the stormy seaside backdrop. 

There was plenty of time for laughs, however, with Margot and Jacob at one point getting the giggles as they posed arm in arm.  

Margot ensured all eyes were on her on Thursday night as she led the glamorous arrivals at the Sydney premiere of her new film Wuthering Heights at the State Theatre.

She looked radiant in a flowing off-shoulder ivory gown, featuring a structured, boned corset bodice that cinched her silhouette perfectly.

She added a romantic touch with sheer tulle sleeves and a mermaid-style flowing skirt layered with delicate tulle that moved gracefully with each step – a modern nod to the gothic romance of her latest movie.

Her golden blonde hair was styled in effortless, tousled waves swept back from her face to highlight her natural beauty.

A delicate choker necklace completed the look, adding an elegant finishing touch.

Elsewhere, Jacob cut a striking figure in a traditional navy suit paired with white dress shoes.

The star looked neat and trim, his tailored jacket and crisp shirt giving off an air of classic elegance.

The new version of Wuthering Heights will see Margot and Jacob star as the tragic lovers Heathcliff and Catherine.

During the film’s press tour, the stars haven’t shied away from showing off their chemistry on the red carpet.

In fact, it has led to some complaints from fans that the duo have taken inspiration from Sydney Sweeney’s ‘PR playbook,’ after she put on a similarly cosy display with co-star Glen Powell in 2023 to promote their film Anyone But You.

Jacob himself recently raised eyebrows during a press interview when he declared the pair had a ‘mutual obsession’ while filming.

Speaking to Fandango, with Margot sitting nearby, he said he made sure he was never more than 10 metres away from the Barbie actress on set.

‘If you have the opportunity to share a film set with Margot Robbie, you’re going to make sure you’re within five to ten metres at all times,’ he said.

‘Watching how she drinks tea, how she eats her food. When is it going to slip? And it never comes undone.’

The mutual ‘obsession’ helped with getting into character.

‘There’d be a moment where we’d be running hand-in-hand through the moors, maybe not even in the scene, just setting it up, where I’d look across at her and she’d be looking at me and you really realised you are looking at Catherine and she was looking at Heathcliff,’ he continued. 

‘And in that moment, we really were a part of their love, for real.’

Meanwhile, Margot claimed that she became ‘co–dependent’ on Jacob.
