The singer, 47, took to Instagram with a steamy video of the couple frolicking on the beach.
In the clip, Nicole sent temperatures soaring in a tiny white bikini that highlighted her toned physique.
Meanwhile, Thom showed off his athletic build in a pair of white swimming trunks as they soaked up the sun together.
The loved-up pair appeared happier than ever as they posed for a series of playful and affectionate shots by the shore.
Alongside the post, Nicole penned: ‘Happy Valentine’s Day to all you hotties out there. @te11 love you.’

It comes as Nicole’s ex Lewis Hamilton’s romance with Kim Kardashian heats up.
Earlier this month it was revealed how reality star and businesswoman Kim , 45, was dating the F1 driver Lewis, 41.
While they have been acquainted for over a decade, they’ve been spotted surreptitiously spending time together in London, the Cotswolds and Aspen since New Year’s Eve.
Kim and Lewis reportedly spent the night together in the luxury Rosewood Hotel during her brief visit to the capital for her clothing brand Skims.
Now, pals of Lewis’ ex-girlfriend Nicole are concerned Kim has made a good choice, revealing how he was ‘hard to please’ during their relationship.
The pair had an on-and-off relationship from 2007 until 2015.
A source close to the Pussycat Dolls singer told The Sun: ‘Lewis was the master of blowing hot and cold.
‘One minute he would be buying her gifts and saying he loved her, the next he would cause an enormous argument and then ignore her for days.
