Rosie Huntington-Whiteley ruffles feathers in plumage-inspired costume on Sydney’s Bronte seashore
As a former Victoria’s Secret model, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is used to ruffling a few feathers.
But last week, it seems, she embraced the task literally.
Posing up for a photoshoot on Sydney’s Bronte beach, the British star wore an eye-catching half-feathered dress by Parisian fashion house Mugler.
Rosie, 38, who has starred in the Transformers franchise and Mad Max: Fury Road, was seen walking down to the scenic spot with Vogue Australia’s fashion director, Christine Centenera, using a huge black umbrella to shield her from the searing Australian summer heat.
The dress, which is not yet available to buy, is part of Mugler’s Collection Stardust Aphrodite Spring Summer 2026 range and features a skin-coloured shift bodice with the dramatic feathered skirt.
The shoot took place against barnacled rocks, with a tousle-haired Rosie posing bra-less in the gown.
Christine, 44, who has twins with her partner, Star Wars actor Joel Edgerton, wore a black Chateau Marmont T-shirt and baseball cap.
And whether by accident or design, the fashionista wore mismatched coloured laces in her New Balance trainers.

Temperatures rose to 34 degrees Celsius in Sydney last week, which may have come as quite the shock to the British star.
Just four weeks ago, the model – who has an underwear line for Marks & Spencer – posted photographs from a family ski trip to Austria on her Instagram page.
Amid snow-capped mountains, Rosie posed with her partner, The Meg actor Jason Statham, and their two children Jack, eight, and Isabella, three, captioning the pic ‘Happy families’.
The low-key couple have been together since 2009 – despite a 20-year age gap – and got engaged six years later.
They moved back to the UK from Los Angeles five years ago so their children could have a British education.
Rosie has described Jason as her ‘greatest protector’ and a ‘human playground’ for their children.
But she has insisted marriage ‘isn’t a huge priority for us’.
‘We’re so happy,’ she has said. ‘The time will come.’
