Reform LIVE: Nigel Farage and Tory turncoat Robert Jenrick to ship main speech

Nigel Farage and his “Shadow Chancellor” Tory turncoat Robert Jenrick will today deliver a major speech on the economy.
It comes after the Reform chief named his top team on Tuesday – barely a month after Mr Jenrick was stripped of Conservative membership. The failed Tory minister Mr Jenrick was appointed the right-wing party’s Treasury spokesman – despite Mr Farage labelling him a “fraud” last summer.
The duo are expected to focus on plans for benefits and the Bank of England during their speeches in the City of London.

He is expected to set out more detail on the economy alongside his new Treasury spokesman, Robert Jenrick, from around 11am in a speech in the City of Lonondon.

Nigel Farage’s ‘Shadow Cabinet’ full of failed Tories
Nigel Farage yesterday unveiled a “shadow cabinet” full of failed Tories with draconian views on immigration, climate policies and equalities.
The Reform leader handed a plum gig to Conservative defectors Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman, and top jobs to long-time pals Richard Tice and Zia Yusuf. Mr Farage set out the appointments as he sought to counter claims his hard-right outfit was a “one-man band”.
