So, exactly what are the secrets behind the Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon star’s stunning looks?
Well, according to a plastic surgeon, it appears that Yeoh has actually only had a minimal amount of ‘tweakments,’ if any.
Oregon-based plastic surgeon Dr. Sean McNally, who has not treated the star, told the Daily Mail that over the years, it appears that only the shape of her upper eyelids have changed, along with eyebrows that look to be more arched.
‘These are indicative of at least an upper blepharoplasty with either a browpexy through the upper eyelid incision or a more formal browlift,’ Dr McNally suggested to the Daily Mail after looking at images of Yeoh.
‘I’m leaning towards the latter given the significance of the change,’ he said.
Of course, like most celebrities, she may have also had Botox.
Botox, also known as botulinum toxin, is a type of cosmetic injection that relaxes the muscles by blocking nerve signals, per Cleveland Clinic, making them hard to move.

The injections are commonly used in order to reduce signs of aging and wrinkles.
‘I suspect Botox as she hasn’t developed a significant amount of deeper rhytids at her age,’ Dr McNally explained.
‘I don’t really see signs of filler except maybe smalls volumes in the upper lip,’ he added.
In addition, Dr McNally also suspected that Yeoh was getting other cosmetic treatments to keep her skin smooth and glowing, like the popular IPL or BBL lasers.
The Daily Mail reached out to Yeoh’s representatives for comment. She has never commented publicly about her appearance.

The actress told the crowd that her husband Jean Todt, 79, whom she married in 2023, was currently traveling but had gotten her ‘permission’ to miss the big moment.
‘Thank you for showing up and for standing beside me. For being part of my life in the quiet moments, not just the bright ones. Your presence is everything,’ she said during part of her speech.
‘To the fans around the world, to my Yeoh family — my brother and [his] beautiful wife surprised me, they came all the way from Malaysia yesterday.’
‘My husband, who is not here, because I gave him permission to go to India, and my Todt family, thank you all for surrounding me with love, for being my safe harbor and for helping me stay true to my own North Star,’ Yeoh added.
Yeoh also paid tribute to her late father, Yeoh Kian Teik, who died in 2014, and her mother Janet Yeoh, 97.
‘To my dad, I know you’re up there, still watching and guiding me. To my mom, who’s still praying every day for me that I will succeed. This is our star.’
