Dad accused of raping daughters aged seven and eight in entrance of 10-year-old son
A father has been arrested in Cascavel, Brazil, and accused of repeatedly raping his daughters – aged seven and eight – with some of the alleged abuse witnessed by his 10-year-old son

A man stands accused of sexually assaulting his seven and eight year old daughters in the presence of his 10 year old son.
The 46-year-old man –whose identity remains undisclosed due to the severity of the allegations – was apprehended on Friday in Cascavel, Paraná, in southern Brazil. The Civil Police of Paraná (PCPR) allege that he repeatedly violated the two young girls during their stays at his residence between January 2025 and January 2026.
According to police some of these alleged assaults were witnessed by the girls’ elder brother, with evidence gathered prior to the trial phase resulting in court-ordered pretrial detention for the father. Local news outlets reported during the operation to detain the alleged perpetrator. And a search and seizure warrant was executed at his home which led to the recovery of electronic devices. These will undergo forensic analysis while the man has been incarcerated and remains “at the disposal of the Justice system“.
Further reports indicate the official police investigation has concluded and the findings set to be forwarded to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The accusations against the individual emerge just days following another man of comparable age being jailed for 29 years after being convicted of sexually assaulting his own daughter. The man, 41, was apprehended by civilian officers in remote Guaraqueçaba, situated in Paraná state, on January 14 during a publicly conducted operation.
Bruno Silva Rocha, the area’s police chief, confirmed he received a sentence of 29 years and two months imprisonment for the abuse of the girl, whose identity remains protected.
He stated officers carried out an arrest warrant in Potinga town, where the individual is thought to have resided, before transporting him to Antonina Civil Police Station. Following his detention he was immediately moved to Paranaguá Public Jail, where he continues to be held after his conviction earlier this month.
Also on January 14, a separate individual, aged 23, was detained on allegations of sexually assaulting a vulnerable person and distributing indecent images of children.
Authorities apprehended the suspect and allegedly cracked the case “in less than 24 hours after the facts came to light.” According to local press, the complaint came from the victim’s mother. She reportedly visited a police station to report that intimate footage of her 13-year-old daughter was being shared across social media platforms.
Investigators reportedly launched rapid enquiries and subsequently pinpointed the teenager’s former boyfriend as the prime suspect, with the force claiming he leaked photographs and footage of his young victim in an act of vengeance.
