Kate paired the jacket with a white turtle neck and a black mini-skirt, see-through tights and boots. She also rounded off the style with a pair of sunglasses, a golden necklace and a stylish mesh hat.

Posing from one of the many executive boxes at Prestbury Park, Kate posted a collection of snaps to her 76.5k followers on Instagram, with the caption: “Day One of #CheltenhamFestival Wearing @fairfaxandfavor who so kindly gifted me their Harriet Coat, Soho boots and Mini Windsor handbag”.

Her followers took to the comments section to laud her outfit as one user raved: “Incredible. Loveeeee this look.” A second dubbed her: “Stunning”. While a third swooned: “I Say Miss Tracey. You are officially the Queen of Cheltenham. Have a great week!”

Kate was in attendance to see the Cheltenham Festival kick off in style for most punters after favourite Old Park Star won the opening race – the Supreme Novices Hurdle – as tipped by the Daily Star’s horse racing expert Jason Heavey.

Jason also tipped Lossiemouth to win the Champion Hurdle, which the incredible mare did by a comfortable margin. While Sober Glory’s near glory in the Supreme was tipped as an each-way selection.

For the feature race on day two, the Champion Chase, Jason is tipping against red-hot favourite Majborough, with Il Etait Temps offering a “sporting alternative” who “holds far more appeal”.
