A lucky Brit has now gained a fortune to rival music superstar Adele in just hours after claiming the huge EuroMillions jackpot.
Operator Allwyn has confirmed a UK ticket-holder has come forward to claim Tuesday’s (March 10) £181 million prize.
The huge win is the third biggest UK National Lottery scoop of all time. The UK-based player managed to match all five category main numbers, plus the two lucky star numbers to win £181,073,415.70.
According to Allwyn, the winner has now put themselves in the history books by taking third place in the National Lottery rich list. The operator stated it would be on hand to help them with their “new life”.
