‘I’m a pensioner however individuals mistake me for being in my 20s due to one hack’
Bobbi Parker-Hall, 67, previously hit headlines after revealing her secret to looking young includes having “lots of sex” – now she shares how to stay fit and healthy for romps at her age
A mum-of-two has revealed her glow-up in her late sixties which she attributes to a “hack” using skinny jabs. Bobbi Parker-Hall, 67, often hits the headlines due to being a fresh-faced OAP who enjoys “lots of sex”.
The superfit pensioner, who has rocks hard abs and a tight figure, attributes the act of making love to helping her feel and look young. But there’s another trick up her sleeve, which she says is leaving people mistaking her for being in her 20s – microdosing skinny jabs.
She said: “Some people ask what surgery I’ve had and others assume it’s good Botox, filters or genetics. But the truth isn’t glamorous. I’m not chasing skinny; I’m protecting my metabolism, muscle and long-term health. That’s why I microdose.”
In her younger years, Bobbi “chased thinness” and was often left feeling exhausted. After turning 50, when the menopause crept in, she switched up her attitude.
Instead of trying to shrink, the fitness coach began lifting heavy weights, eating to fuel muscle and learning how her hormones worked. As a result, her body tightened, her energy stabilised and her confidence skyrocketed.
Despite her getting stronger, though, it wasn’t something she could continue on her own. She said: “Used carefully alongside lifting and real nutrition, microdosing feels less like dieting and more like stability.
“My cravings are calm, my weight is steady and food no longer runs the show. Rapid weight loss without strength training also causes Ozempic face or butt. I don’t have either. In fact, it’s completely changed the game for me.
“That stubborn lower belly bloat that wouldn’t budge – no matter how clean I ate or how hard I trained – finally started to melt away.”
Bobbi, from Portland, Oregon, US, spends “several hundred dollars” per month on the jabs. She doesn’t plan to use them forever; though says it’s a tool that older women should to help stop the clock on ageing.
Bobbi added: “Ageing doesn’t ruin women – but neglect does. I glowed up because I finally started working with my body instead of against it.
“For some reason, a strong and lean woman after 60 feels suspicious to people. I won’t pretend it’s all down to me. But I’ve become more attractive and healthier after menopause. And I refuse to disappear.”
Bobbi previously revealed insight into her sex life with husband Dean, 64. She said it was “better than ever” after unlocking the key to daily orgasms; keeping fit.
