Simone Biles celebrates turning 29 with NFL husband Jonathan Owens: ‘Happy birthday b****’
Gymnast Simone Biles celebrated her birthday in style as the US Olympic legend turned 29 on Saturday.
Biles marked another year around the sun at the weekend, spending quality time with her NFL husband, Jonathan Owens.
The seven-time gold medalist kickstarted the celebrations on Friday evening, enjoying her ‘last night of being 28.’
The gymnastics icon appeared to enjoy a lavish meal, sharing a photo of an ornate dessert, featuring three scoops of sorbet inside an ice dome and a chocolate disc iced with a ‘Happy Birthday’ message.
Biles dressed to impress for the occasion, wowing in a white, halter-neck mini dress and a Louis Vuitton purse.
She seemed to spend the big day itself enjoying lunch with her husband before heading to the beach.

Biles shared a photo to her Instagram story of the NFL safety smiling at the camera as he sat at a restaurant table with palm trees in the background. In the following snap, a man could be seen holding up a sign that read: ‘Happy Birthday b****!’
In a later photo, she cozied up to her beau for a selfie. She showed off her toned physique in a tiny black bikini top, dark denim shorts and a matching kimono.
Biles’s milestone comes just days after the couple, who married in 2023, underwent another major life change.
Owens signed with the Indianapolis Colts in free agency on Friday. The safety, who played for the Chicago Bears for the past two seasons, reportedly agreed to a one-year deal.
Biles, ever his biggest supporter, celebrated his signing with a heartfelt message on Friday.
‘No Friday the 13th scaries here. So proud of you, baby. Indy, here we come,’ she wrote on Instagram alongside an announcement of the deal.
Owens spent the last two seasons in the Windy City, playing in all of the Bears’ regular-season and playoff games during his stint in Chicago.

He played 40 percent of the defensive snaps in 2024, but saw most of his playing time on special teams during the 2025 season.
He tallied 68 total tackles, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries, and one interception, appearing in all 17 games in both seasons.
Owens enjoyed stints with the Green Bay Packers and Houston Texans before joining the Bears.
Now, the couple will be preparing to move to yet another city with Owens set to suit up for his third team in four years.
