The Wet & Forget Rapid Mould, Lichen & Algae Remover is currently available on Amazon for £31.99, down from £44.99, saving shoppers 29%. It comes in the form of a two-litre spray bottle, and it is unscented.
The listing says this effectively works to remove outdoor mould, mildew, and algae, with ‘no scrubbing, jet washing or rinsing needed’. Users should simply saturate the dry surface with the solution and wait for product to work its magic – but it should be applied on days where no rain is forecasted.

Back to the Wet & Forget Remover from Amazon, shoppers have left an average 4.4 out of five-star rating, from more than 1,400 reviews. One said: “We only had the chance to apply this once before a hosepipe ban started, but even on one application it has improved the patio and given promising results. It was easy to connect to the hosepipe and to use, with a good amount of product delivered in the spray which covered a large area.”
Another said: “Best thing since sliced bread.” While a third wrote: “This (is) a great product, it works well on all surfaces, not glass as they have a different glass cleaner, although it does work over time so not always an instant result but it does clean well and has a nice clean smell.
