This Morning star and TikTok’s ‘Potato Queen’ Poppy Cooks takes her viral spuds offline, launching a limited-edition potato-packed menu at Bill’s restaurants nationwide this April

TikTok’s potato-obsessed star Poppy Cooks is turning her internet fame into real-life comfort food as she teams up with Bill’s for a nationwide menu takeover. The limited-edition collaboration, part of Bill’s 25th anniversary celebrations, sees the viral chef bring her most-loved spud creations to diners from 13th April until 8th June.

For the first time ever, Poppy’s famous recipes can be ordered in restaurants, including her Poppy Burger – a beef patty topped with crispy smashed potatoes, caramelised onions, cheese and secret sauce, served with seasoned tater tots.

Fans can also try her Loaded Tater Tots, piled high with bacon, feta, chilli, and maple drizzle, or the viral Crispy Smash Potato Salad, packed with spiced smashed baby potatoes, pickled onions and a sour cream and chive dressing.

Speaking about the collaboration, Poppy said: “Bill’s has been my go-to whenever I’m in town shopping with friends and fancy a quick bite. It’s always had that cosy, feel-good energy I love – the kind of place where the food feels comforting, homely and genuinely delicious. That’s completely my vibe, so working with Bill’s just made perfect sense.”

The chef added: “Usually my recipes live online, so this is the first time people can walk into a restaurant and actually order something I’ve created. Seeing people sit down and enjoy one of my dishes in real life is surreal – a proper ‘I’ve made it’ moment.”

Poppy revealed her personal favourite is the Crispy Smash Potato Salad: “The potatoes are super crispy and full of flavour, but the pickled onions and dressing bring a freshness that balances it perfectly. It’s something I haven’t really seen on restaurant menus before, so it’s really special to me.”

To complement the spuds, Bill’s has also teamed up with Casamigos and Ron Santiago de Cuba for two limited-edition cocktails, including a Pineapple & Matcha Daiquiri and a Watermelon & Basil Margarita.
