Trump rants that Americans ought to boycott ‘dried up prune’ Bruce Springsteen: ‘His overpriced concerts suck!’
President Donald Trump ranted that MAGA loyalists should boycott Bruce Springsteen, branding the veteran musician “a dried up prune” whose tickets are too pricey.
On Thursday morning, Trump wrote on Truth Social that Springsteen “has suffered greatly from the work of a really bad plastic surgeon” and “has long had a horrible and incurable case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.”
“The guy is a total loser who spews hate against a President who won a Landslide Election,” he wrote. “MAGA SHOULD BOYCOTT HIS OVERPRICED CONCERTS, WHICH SUCK. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.”
The “Born to Run” singer has criticized the Republican president on multiple occasions, labeling his administration “corrupt, incompetent, and treasonous” last year. Earlier this week, he launched a tour in Minneapolis in honor of the city’s protests against Trump’s immigration crackdown.
He endorsed former Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 election, and co-hosted a podcast with former President Barack Obama called “Renegades: Born in the USA.”
