Drunk bloke caught performing intercourse act ‘in improper room’ on first day of recent job
A British man has been placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register after he was found performing a sex act on himself in another woman’s room on his first day working in a swanky hotel
An employee working at a fancy hotel in the Scottish Highlands has been placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register after he was found performing a sex act on himself in another woman’s room.
Andrew Foye had only begun working at the Ord House Hotel the day before he was discovered by the female victim, who was reportedly “shocked” by the sight of Foye performing the lewd act, prompting her to immediately phone her father.
Foye was reportedly on the phone to his partner while he performed the solo sex act, and the 30-year-old told the Inverness Court that he had returned to his lodgings drunk, and had not noticed he had entered the woman’s room, which was situated directly next to his.
It is believed that the victim was a fellow colleague at the Ord House Hotel.
However, the sheriff presiding over the case, Robert Fraser, told him: “You must have known very quickly that you were in another person’s room – either because of that person’s belongings being in that room, or the absence of your belongings.
“I’m told you were intoxicated, but you were able to call your girlfriend while removing your clothing.
“The individual was quite understandably shocked and appalled. You must have known what you were doing. The act itself was a sexual one and there was a significant sexual element.”
Foye pleaded guilty to breach of the peace.
Sheriff Frazer elected to give Foye a community-based punishment, which will see Foye complete 120 hours of unpaid work and remain under supervision for 12 months in a community payback order.
He was also ordered to pay £240 to the victim and has been placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register for one year.
The incident took place at the Ord House Hotel, which boasts a spa and wellness centre and rooms for around £220 a night.
The Daily Star has approached the Ord House Hotel for comment.
