Ring Girl of the Year compelled to handle ‘surgical procedure’ declare after she ‘bounces again’

A two-time Ring Girl of the Year endorsed by Conor McGregor has been forced to clap back at trolls after she made her return to ringside, following surgery claims

A scorching hot American bombshell, who was once crowned as Ring Girl of the Year, has been forced to address surgery claims.

Kaitlyn Bertrand was back commanding attention at ring side last month for the first time since the summer, with the jaw-dropping blonde sharing some snaps on social media. And as fans gushed over her physique, some doubted if it was all natural.

However, the stunner came firing back on her Instagram stories, telling fans: “Y’all call everything surgery when it’s not relatable. I had a baby and bounced back… And the funniest thing is I don’t even consider myself close to my goal yet.”

Kaitlyn, who comes from Italian and Scottish roots, was working as a realtor in Florida when she was hired by BKFC as a ring girl for a one off appearance back in 2020.

However, that has since spiraled into a career for the stunner, who has become one of the most recognisable faces of the company. She has also expanded her resume to include fitness magazine cover model and influencer.

As a two-time ring girl of the year, her influence grows beyond BKFC, with Conor McGregor even hailing her as “my World Champion”.

After winning her second title in 2024, she said: “I’m beyond grateful to have been voted Ring Girl of the Year for both 2023 & 2024!

“This past year has been a whirlwind of back to back shows, and I can’t thank you all enough for the love and support.

“It means everything to be recognized doing what I love.”

She would find ‘Mr Right’ in the promotion too, taking time off last summer to start a family with BKFC star Guillermo Perez.

The couple announced the birth of their son, Liam, in November last year – and the happy family often pose for photos in a change of content for Kaitlyn’s Instagram.

After losing the baby bump, Kaitlyn returned to work last month: “First fight night since August.. feels good to be back,” she said.

In another more candid post, Kaitlyn showed her transformation, with the caption: “Same body. 9 month difference. Two kinds of strength”
