Cara Delevingne’s £8.5million mansion is her THIRD in 18 months

Cara Delevingne appears to have developed a habit of buying multi-million-pound mansions in Los Angeles that she never moves into.

Last week, the British supermodel and actress, 33, purchased her third property in 18 months after her £5.5million California home burnt down.

She had lived in that mansion since 2019, but also bought actress Milla Jovovich‘s house for £7.9million in 2024. However, she didn’t live in the property before selling it a year later for £8.2million.

Six months ago, she spent £8.1million on actress Jennifer Lawrence‘s Los Angeles home, which is now back on the market for £8.5million, with the US property firm North Hillcrest reporting she did not move in.

Her new £8.5million five-bedroom home in the Santa Monica mountains – with a pool and terraced gardens – was bought from Cultured magazine founder Sarah Harrelson, who’s clearly made a tidy profit, having picked it up for £5million in 2021.

Whether Ms Delevingne lives there remains to be seen.
