Rampaging wild boar leaves three injured after tearing via metropolis ‘like a tank’

A city was plunged into chaos after a rampaging wild boar charged out of the woods and turned a busy urban centre into a demolition derby. Shocking footage has captured the moment the oversized beast tore down the middle of a road at full pelt, leaving terrified locals diving for cover.

In one heart-stopping clip, a man crossing the street is blind-sided by the hairy hog.

The boar slams into him with such force his legs are swept clean from under him, sending him crashing face-first onto the tarmac while the animal carries on speeding like a runaway freight train.

The drama unfolded in the city of Batman, Turkey, on Monday night (April 27).

According to local reports, the animal wandered into the heart of the city before snapping and going on a random attacking spree.

Emergency services attended the scene as panic gripped the streets.

Three people were reportedly injured in separate incidents, requiring treatment from paramedics before being taken to a nearby hospital.

Their current conditions are unknown, but the beast’s trail of destruction has left the community reeling.

After causing total havoc and treating the pavement like a personal racetrack, the boar eventually vanished back into the shadows.

Social media users have been left floored by the footage, with many stunned by the animal’s sheer speed and aggression.

One viewer posted: “Even at a pedestrian crossing, there’s no peace.” Another wrote: “If it had a licence plate, we would’ve fined it.” A third person added: “Bloody hell, you’d think it was a tank.”

The local authorities are yet to confirm if the four-legged fugitive has been spotted since its city-centre rampage.
