The Monaco Grand Prix has been red flagged and the race stopped as stewards were forced to look at an issue with the tarmac at the final corner after Charles Leclerc crashed out
The Monaco Grand Prix has been red flagged and the race stopped after an issue with the track.
The Monte Carlo race has been suspended on lap 68 after Charles Leclerc and Lance Stroll both crashed at the final corner just minutes apart from each other.
It has since been found that pieces of the tarmac on the final corner appear to have broken up and stewards are currently investigating whether there is a solution to the problem or if the race will have to be cancelled.
