‘I used to be bullied due to my mum’s Babestation profession – now I do identical job’
Mckenzie says cruel classmates mocked her from primary school onwards after discovering her mum, Levi, worked as a glamour model and presenter on the webcam platform
A girl who was mercilessly mocked for her mum’s Babestation career has joined the industry herself. Content creator Mckenzie says cruel classmates mocked her from primary school onwards after discovering her mum, Levi, worked as a glamour model and presenter on the webcam platform.
The abuse became so severe that Levi even offered to quit her job in an attempt to make life easier for her daughter. Despite defending her mum and supporting her career, Mckenzie spent years insisting she would never follow the same path.
But after launching an adult account during lockdown and waking up to find she had earned a surprising amount of money overnight, she quickly changed her mind.
Speaking on the Option One Podcast, presented by Babestation, Mckenzie (@mckenziebleux) opened up about the bullying she endured growing up.
“It all started in primary school,” she said. “Boys saw my mum when she’d come to pick me up and at that age, people sort of knew about it.
“There was a group of boys in my class and they were really horrible.”
Levi admitted she was heartbroken watching her daughter struggle and even considered walking away from her career.
Levi said: “At one point, Mckenzie did talk to me and say, ‘Look, I’m getting a lot of stick at school.’ And I said I would give up my job.
“I said, ‘That’s fine if it makes it easier for you at school.’ ‘But we just have to remember, maybe you won’t be getting new Moncler coats.'”
Despite supporting her mum, Mckenzie said she spent years convincing herself she would choose a completely different path.
Mckenzie said: “I never looked down on my mum’s job, but I always said to myself, ‘I’m not going to be like my mum.’ When I left school, I actually went into business admin and I really wanted to do office work, work in a bank.”
But everything changed during lockdown when she decided to create an adult account to earn some extra cash.
Mckenzie said: “I thought, I’m just going to set up an OnlyFans account and make some money during lockdown. I started it in the evening and I woke up the next morning to find I’d earned a lot of money overnight.
“So I said, actually, I’m going to stick with this.”
The early success encouraged her to take things even further.
Mckenzie said: “I told my mum I was going to join the Babestation webcam platform, did it, and have never looked back.”
