‘Businessman provided £1.7m to see me bare – then subsequent transfer actually shocked me’

A model has revealed how a wealthy businessman offered her £1.7 million to pose completely naked – then left her stunned by bringing in a lawyer and tax adviser to make the staggering deal a reality.
Leoni Sophie says what began as a lighthearted exchange rapidly escalated into weeks of serious negotiations, contract discussions, NDAs and escrow accounts, forcing her to genuinely consider whether life-altering cash was worth abandoning the one boundary she’d never breached.
Leoni, 22, from near Stuttgart, Germany, initially dismissed the request after the businessman enquired whether any sum of money could persuade her to abandon her longstanding no-nudity stance.

“I told him there were certain things that simply weren’t going to happen,” said Leoni, who boasts over 100k followers on Instagram, @leytnnxx.
“I even said I wouldn’t do it for £100,000 -I’ve always had clear boundaries. I remember joking that there would have to be another zero behind the one before I’d even think about it.”
Rather than chuckling, the businessman began consulting his lawyer and tax adviser, exploring contracts and even organising a face-to-face meeting, leaving Leoni convinced the proposal could actually materialise.
She added: “I genuinely thought he’d tell me I was crazy. I never imagined somebody would actually think about paying that kind of money. But then he started talking about his lawyer, escrow accounts and contracts. That was the moment I realised he might actually be serious.”
She has a no-nudity policy
The conversation began after the businessman contacted Leoni asking whether she created exclusive content that nobody else would ever own.
Despite working in adult content, Leoni says she has never shown her nipples or intimate areas and had no intention of changing that. The businessman asked whether she really meant it.
When pressed on whether her boundaries were final, Leoni says she told him she’d only consider posing fully nude if he paid her.
“I chose Euro 2m ( £1.7M) because I wanted to end up with around Euro 1m (£854k) after taxes,” she said.. “It wasn’t a random number. I’d actually thought about it. I wanted an amount that would completely change my life forever.”

To Leoni’s surprise, the businessman didn’t dismiss the figure – instead, he said it was worth considering. She later discovered he owned an architecture firm and apparently earned around £100,000 every month after tax.
As discussions progressed, they began exploring how the arrangement could legally function. The businessman also enquired whether, if she accepted the £1.7m offer, he could personally photograph her rather than employing a professional photographer.
“He suggested speaking with his lawyer and tax adviser,” Leoni said. “I spoke with my own tax adviser too. We discussed contracts, NDAs, confidentiality and making sure everything was done properly.”
Throughout the next month, the duo meticulously discussed what Leoni would and wouldn’t be prepared to do. They even compiled collections of reference images displaying clear examples of photographs she deemed acceptable and others that remained entirely forbidden.
Despite having £1.7m on the table, Leoni maintains she never planned to produce pornographic material.
“For me it was always about aesthetics,” she said. “It would’ve been artistic – it wouldn’t have become pornographic. No matter how explicit a picture might have been, I still wanted it to be beautiful.”
The pair eventually reached the point where they arranged to meet face-to-face before making any final decision.
“If I’d met him and felt uncomfortable for any reason, I would’ve walked away,” she said.
“My safety always came first.”
But after several attempted meetings were postponed, the deal fizzled out.
Leoni claims the businessman later told her he was receiving treatment for mental health issues.
Although the agreement never happened, she views it as one of the most unusual experiences of her life – but also one of the most eye-opening.
“I’m not disappointed,” she said.
“But I’m not relieved either. It would’ve been a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
“If it ever happened one day, I’d still consider it under the right circumstances. If it never happens, that’s okay too.”
