Snoop Dogg is looking to hire somebody who can taste his ice cream for him.

The herbal rapper co-founded ice cream brand Dr Bombay in 2023 and has now put out a job advert offering $10,000 (£7.3k) a month for an expert tester.

And the good news is they can work from home says Snoop: “I’m hiring an international ice cream taster here at Dr. Bombay. “10 grand a month, you can apply anywhere in the world.

“If you keep it player, you might end up here with me. So, are you ready to be Dr. Bombay’s official ice cream taster?”

All you need for the job is a passport, a sweet tooth and be able to answer hard-hitting questions like, how much ice cream do you eat per week?

Snoop partnered with HR and payroll company Deel to launch the job and fans can go to Deel.com/Snoop and apply.

The successful candidate will get a call from Snoop Dogg himself, and help create a new Deel-themed ice cream flavour.

The hip hop icon started the company alongside his son, Cordell Broadus, alongside ice cream scientist Dr. Maya Warren, and it’s since become a major brand on US supermarket shelves.

Nadia Alaee, senior HR director at Deel, said: “What this partnership really shows is that the best talent isn’t locked in one geography. It’s everywhere.

“When you remove borders from your hiring, you unlock access to people with the exact skills and perspectives your business needs. Even a remote ice cream tasting role becomes possible when you build the right infrastructure.”

Snoop has many business ventures including Broadus Foods offering breakfast items like syrup, pancake mixes plus his Still G.I.N. & Indoggo Gin as well a venture capital firm established in 2015 that invests in cannabis-tech.

A Snoop biopic will arrive next year too.
