A Brit bloke with a micropenis “about the size of a paracetamol” has cheekily shared a “big d***” image while sipping cocktails on holiday. It comes as his fundraising drive for life-changing girth treatment continues to climb.

Michael Phillips, who posts online under the handle “whutzhizphace”, uploaded an Instagram carousel updating followers on a trip to Mr. Sancho’s Cozumel Beach Club in Cozumel, Mexico.

Alongside sunny snaps, one photo showed a souvenir T-shirt in a shop window carrying the slogan: “I’M SHY But I’ve Got a Big D***!’ COZUMEL MEXICO.”

Phillips became an internet sensation after launching a high-profile fundraiser for treatment for his extremely rare, severe micropenis condition.

He previously revealed his member measures less than a centimetre (0.38 inches), and says the condition has caused emotional distress and day-to-day problems – including relying on adult nappies.

But in Mexico, he leaned into the irony with what fans dubbed “big d— energy”, using the raunchy tourist slogan to show he isn’t letting the attention crush his spirit.

He also shared a snap of the bestselling relationship self-help book Women Who Love Too Much by Robin Norwood, first published in 1985. The book explores relationship addiction and why some people get trapped trying to “fix” destructive or emotionally unavailable partners.

Phillips joked in a caption that he found it while browsing: “Found this at the thrift store for a $.25 (£1)?! Should be interesting”.

This prompted followers to quip that he was “doing research” into modern dating. Meanwhile, his GoFundMe remains active and now sits at 63% of the target, with $13,810 (£10,770) from 320 donations.

Phillips has said the money is to pay for specialist treatment – and he hopes new fillers will allow him use the bathroom easily, as well as feel less self-conscious.

However the enhancement may not be able to stop him from technically having a micropenis, the Daily Star previously reported.

Phillips condition has also had adverse impacts on his sex life. Phillips said that “the biggest challenges I’ve faced [are] having a sexual relationship and still being a virgin and being able to talk about it openly because of how embarrassing of a topic it is.

“Over the years, my story has been featured in the news and on television, which has brought some awareness to my condition but also added to the emotional weight I carry,” he wrote.
