A mum accused of engaging in bestiality with her pet dog ‘Ranger’ has been hailed “gorgeous” and a “hottie” by social media followers after updating her Facebook profile picture following her arrest – as mystery pictures of several family dogs emerged on her profile.
Malia Nummerdor, 38, has faced intense public ridicule this week after her husband allegedly caught her having sex with their pet while reviewing home security footage to see who was stealing from the coin jar.
But despite the shocking nature of the charges, supporters have flooded her Facebook account with compliments on her recent photo updates and statuses. Followers greeted the accused mum with “alright hottie” before showering her with compliments including “so so pretty”, “beautiful as always”, “gorgeous eyes” and “you look pure and beautiful Malia” – a comment which has received 23 laughing reactions.

One user even poked fun at her viral arrest photo, commenting: “Think I’m going to have to start calling you smiley” – a direct nod to the beaming grin she gave police during her booking. The accused mum even responded to the comments on her picture saying “Thank you all” with three heart emojis.
It comes as newly-surfaced photos on her Facebook profile show multiple different dogs, leaving it currently unclear which specific pet is alleged to have been abused in the incident. There are reports suggesting the dog in question is called Ranger. The mum has recently changed her Facebook name to Mahh Lee Ahh in light of the attention, but her profile is still public.
The controversy began when Nummerdor was charged with engaging in sexual contact with an animal following a domestic investigation in Charlotte County, Florida.

According to an arrest report from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, her husband had initially installed hidden cameras around the home to solve a minor household mystery of finding out who was taking money from a coin jar.
While everyone in the house was reportedly aware of the cameras, the husband claimed that upon reviewing footage from a bedroom camera, he uncovered video evidence showing his wife engaging in intimate acts with their dog.
The husband, who has not been publicly identified, later shared the disturbing allegations on Facebook, claiming he had both photo and video evidence of the acts.

Police officers say they were shown images from the recording, and the husband granted investigators full access to his laptop to review the files.
When interviewed by police on Tuesday, Nummerdor acknowledged the existence of the bedroom video but denied any sexual misconduct, telling officers she was “just petting the dog”.
Her Facebook profile, which features pictures of her two sons and her husband – whom she married in 2023 – also features several photos of different dogs over the years, though authorities have not specified which animal was involved.

Nummerdor was arrested on Tuesday and booked into the Charlotte County Jail, where she raised eyebrows by giving a large, cheesy grin for her official mugshot.
She was held on a $35,000 (£25,800) bond following the sheriff’s office announcement. The case and the mugshot prompted a strong reaction from law enforcement officials.
Sheriff Bill Prummell expressed complete disbelief over the allegations and Nummerdor’s demeanor during booking: “There are only a few times in my career that I have been at a loss for words. This is one of those times.
“I simply cannot comprehend this behavior. No animal should ever be subjected to this kind of conduct, and you can be sure that we will take action when we learn about it here in Charlotte County.
“And then to smile in the mugshot? I don’t know what there is to smile about when you’ve been arrested for something as disgusting as this.”
