Bonnie Blue’s personal bang-bus-driving chauffeur has opened up on life steering the notorious vehicile, disclosing he’s faced arrest and deportation, been chased by hysterical admirers and monitored by surveillance drones while working for the divisive adult performer. The motorist, who has kept his true identity under wraps (bad has very hair hands and legs, according to Instagram videos), offers supporters an exclusive insider’s view of the chaotic reality of cruising with Bonnie via his Instagram profile, @‌bonniebluesdriver.

Shot almost entirely from his perspective, the account has already attracted 14k followers, chronicling the bonkers universe of journeying with Bonnie Blue, from shrieking mobs and police run-ins to the daily pandemonium surrounding the Bang Bus. According to him, the remarkable scenes captured on film are anything but rare.

Recent clips revealed a breathless bloke pursuing Bonnie’s vehicle and begging to be let in, though her driver insists it occurs wherever they venture. “It’s not unusual at all, it happens regularly every time we take it out for work,” he said.

“In Bali people were chasing us down. In Australia for Schoolies, one guy was literally chasing the van throughout Surfers Paradise shouting ‘Bonnie Blue’s Bang Bus’, and he did it on multiple nights. It just goes to show that people really want to get in.”

However, his most terrifying ordeal unfolded in Bali, where he faced arrest and eventual deportation alongside Bonnie. “I really wasn’t expecting that outcome,” he said. “It’s crazy to think the whole time we were there people were spying and following us and flying drones over our villa.

“When we got arrested we had no help at the start and being in a third world country wasn’t ideal, so that was definitely a frightening moment.”

His position behind the wheel has also afforded him a distinctive insight into the massive crowds Bonnie can draw. He revealed Australia was perhaps the most mayhem-filled, with thousands of Schoolies flooding Surfers Paradise. “I had people crowding the van, jumping in the van, climbing the van and running after me,” he said.

Newcastle was “wild”, while Leeds witnessed hundreds of Freshers swarming the Bang Bus in the street before officers stepped in. The driver revealed they had actually anticipated being pulled over.

“I knew nothing crazy would happen with the police, but giving us an ASBO was pretty funny. I’m not 13 running around the streets. There were thousands of Freshers on the street, but they had six police officers show up to us and then two extra turned up to write the ASBO.”

And despite the mayhem surrounding the role, he insists the woman he encounters when the cameras are turned off is nothing like her provocative public image. “Not everyone gets to experience Bonnie behind the scenes,” he said.

“But she’s kind, thoughtful, funny and genuinely a lovely person to be around. Honestly, when the cameras are off she’s just a girl living her life.”

Despite globetrotting with Bonnie, one escapade stands out above all others: her infamous 1,057-men event. “Most things are crazy with the job,” he confessed. “But the one that sticks out the most was the 1,057 event. I was just not expecting everything that happened.”

However, there is one explosive Bonnie Blue secret he’s finally ready to spill. “She loves a cold Pepsi,” he quipped. “So Pepsi, if you’re watching this, please sponsor us.”
