Racy instructor sacked for becoming a member of grownup web site says ‘I receives a commission double now’

A substitute teacher who was fired after colleagues discovered her secret page on an adult content platform claims the dismissal was a “blessing in disguise”. She revealed she now earns more than double her former annual salary in a single month.

Sheena Sittner, 42, was axed from her role in the Parkway School District in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, in September after co-workers reported her subscription-based profile to school administrators.

The mum-of-three, who worked via outside agency Kelly Education, earned roughly $125 to $140 (£95 to £107) a day in the classroom. However, her explicit online page frequently generated the same amount in just one hour.

Following the report, Kelly Education reportedly suspended Sittner and issued a strict “no-contact” directive barring her from school premises.

The move initially sparked concern for Sittner, whose nine-year-old son attends an elementary school in the district, but officials later clarified the ban applies strictly to her employment capacity and does not restrict her parental rights.

Rather than damaging her livelihood, Sittner says turning to adult content creation full-time has transformed her family’s finances, with her monthly income soaring past $20,000 (£15,300), the Washington Post reported. Her husband, Tim, has even scaled back his own business to help manage the influx of fan requests.

“I love those kids,” Sittner said of her former students. “It has changed us financially in significant positive ways.”

She added: “People say, ‘Oh, you don’t teach for the pay.’ That’s true, but bills don’t stop coming just because you’re passionate about the job you have.

“Banks don’t care.” Sittner further shared: “If teachers were paid better, women wouldn’t have to resort to online content creation. Sex sells.”

Defending her right to produce online content, Sittner criticised the social stigma surrounding adult work, stating: “I truly believe in freedom of speech.

“The backlash women receive for doing online content, it’s absolutely awful.” Addressing the anonymous colleague who reported her profile, Sittner remained unbothered, as per the Washington Post.

She said: “Whoever did it was probably hoping they would ruin my life. In fact, they have helped it out so much that I don’t even care they ratted me out.”

In an official statement, Kelly Education defended its decision: “The safety and well-being of the students we serve are our top priority. We take all concerns raised about our substitute educators seriously and work closely with our school district partners to respond swiftly and appropriately.”
