Christian Horner fees F1 followers £75 for UK tour tickets selling the launch of his new memoir – with all proceeds going to charity

Christian Horner is charging F1 fans £75 for tickets to his tour promoting the launch of his new memoir – with all the proceeds going to charity.

The autobiography delves into the most defining moments of Mr Horner’s career as well as the highs and lows of his time at the top of the motorsport world.

Mr Horner will donate all profits from the book tour to Chris Hoy‘s Tour De 4 and his chosen charity of Ocular Melanoma UK.

The rare form of cancer took the life of his ex-partner, and the mother of his daughter, last summer.

Chris Hoy’s Tour De 4 is an annual charity event hosted by the cycling legend that raises money for cancer charities.

Mr Horner’s £25 revealing memoir Drive will be released next Thursday, but the book has already been slashed to half price on Amazon’s pre-order service.

The husband of former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, 54, was dismissed as CEO and Team Principal of Red Bull’s Formula One team in July 2025 after 20 years in the role.

The celebrity couple have an estimated combined wealth of £440million.

Mr Horner received a £67million severance payment, as reported by Daily Mail Sport last week, and his brutal dismissal came one year after he was cleared of misconduct over a texting scandal with a female employee.

The former Red Bull CEO has always denied the allegations and the conclusions of internal investigations found him twice cleared of any impropriety.

However, an anonymous email was made public exposing a collection of supposedly intimate text exchanges including messages and photographs between Mr Horner and the female employee before the 2024 Bahrain Grand Prix.
