Donald Trump’s glamorous right-hand woman has sent the internet into a meltdown after she was spotted lugging a huge black bag off Air Force One. Natalie Harp, 35, the 80-year-old US president’s executive assistant, was snapped hauling the gigantic holdall as she stepped onto the tarmac at Dubuque Regional Airport, Iowa, on Sunday.
The blonde staffer was shadowing Trump as he touched down for campaign stops in Dubuque and Salina, Kansas, ahead of Tuesday’s crunch midterm elections.
The image, shared on X by journalist Aaron Rupar, instantly triggered an avalanche of merciless mockery, with online trolls concocting all manner of gutter-humour theories about what was stuffed inside.

One savage onlooker wrote: “Someone has to empty the septic tank.” Another cheekily posted: “What’s she carrying in her black bag ??? An emergency Trump blow-out kit.”
While a third took a ruthless swipe at the president, adding: “Cute diaper bag. But Trump’s diapers need a whole damn steamer trunk.”
The brutal online pile-on is nothing new for Harp, whose constant proximity to the demanding politician has made her a prime target for internet jibes.

Trolls have repeatedly branded her with the humiliating “nappy nurse” tag – a nickname fuelled by social media conspiracy theories over Trump’s personal hygiene.
The rumours escalated after previous sightings of her lugging a massive rucksack, an unglamorous sight that clashed with her otherwise polished image. However, the real contents of her luggage are likely more technological than toxic.
Harp famously acts as Trump’s “human printer,” shadowing him everywhere with a portable printer, a laptop and battery packs to ensure he is continuously fed a steady stream of flattering news articles, glowing social media posts and reassuring poll figures.
Yet her intense devotion to her boss has raised eyebrows before. Critics previously accused her of having a “maladaptive attachment” to Trump.
She was even alleged to have used AI to doctor an old runway photo of Trump alongside Chinese President Xi Jinping, replacing Chief of Protocol Monica Crowley with herself.
Whispers have also swirled regarding deeply personal, emotionally charged letters she is alleged to have penned to Trump. But for Harp, the loyalty runs far deeper than politics.
A survivor of bone cancer, she credits Trump’s landmark “Right to Try” healthcare law with saving her life.
