Paul Doyle LIVE as Liverpool parade crash driver to be sentenced inside hours

Paul Doyle is due to be sentenced today (December 16) after he drove his car “in a rage” at Liverpool fans leaving over 100 injured. The 54-year-old admitted 31 offences relating to the crash, which happened when he ploughed into crowds of fans making their way back from the city’s waterfront after the Premier League victory celebration.
Merseyside Police said Doyle’s seven minutes of dangerous driving on May 26 led to his car colliding with men, women and children, causing serious injuries and trapping people underneath his Ford Galaxy Titanium.
Liverpool Crown Court was shown footage from dashcam and mobile phones yesterday (December 15), that caused people to gasp as Doyle was seen sobbing into a tissue on several occasions.
