Boxing Day tragedy as physique discovered of stripling, 19, who went lacking on Christmas Eve
The search for a missing 19-year-old has ended in tragedy after a body has now been found.
Avon and Somerset Police confirmed they had found a body during the major search for missing Adam, who was last seen in the Somerset area.
The 19-year-old had gone missing on Christmas Eve, sparking a police search and appeal for information.
The tragic discovery was made on Boxing Day after Adam was last seen at around midday on Christmas Eve in the Yatton area of north Somerset.
Adam’s family have been informed but formal identification is yet to take place, according to a police statement.

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: “We have a very sad update to bring you this afternoon. Officers searching for missing Adam found a body in the Yatton area this morning (December 26).
“While formal identification has yet to take place, his family have been informed and our thoughts are with them. The death is not being treated as suspicious.”
