Thousands of racists uncovered after ‘Tinder for Nazis’ relationship website hacked by Power Ranger

A racist site, called WhiteDate, was infiltrated by an activist who broke into its servers, exposed its users and wiped out the dating site during a talk at a hacker conference in Hamburg, Germany

A racist dating platform nicknamed “Tinder for Nazis” was infiltrated by an activist donning a pink Power Ranger costume during a live broadcast, revealing thousands of user profiles to the public.

The hacktivist, known as Martha Root, infiltrated the dating platform WhiteDate and wiped it out whilst delivering a presentation at a hacker convention in Hamburg, Germany, last week. Broadcasting the incident live, the German cyber activist proceeded to extract 100 gigabytes of data and published 8,000 user profiles online.

WhiteDate promoted itself as a “dating platform for white people with traditional European values” as the site claimed it was a “counter to woke culture”. Root claimed the platform’s security was so feeble it “would make even your grandma’s AOL account blush”.

She ridiculed users’ photographs which contained detailed geolocation metadata which she said: “practically hands out home addresses with a side of awkward selfies.” The unprecedented operation revealed details including location, username, age and personal biography alongside various user profiles. Email addresses and private correspondence have yet to surface.

Root said: “Imagine calling yourselves the ‘master race’ but forgetting to secure your own website – maybe try mastering to host WordPress before world domination.”

The majority of exposed profiles originate from the US, with approximately 400 from the UK, France and Germany. According to The Metro, one profile belonging to a 27-year-old from Barnard Castle, County Durham, named Kieran, who was after “a woman who understands the threat to our race”.

The leaked information reveals WhiteDate boasted over 6,500 users, with 86 per cent being male and 14 per cent female. Root penetrated the platform using AI chatbots which bypassed verification systems and gained approval as “white,” according to the presentation’s summary. At the time of publication, the platform remains down.

DateWhite has acknowledged the breach on their social media platform after the operation and promised “repercussions” adding the activist’s actions were an act of “cyberterrorism”.

Posting on X the WhiteDate account said: “At min 43, they publicly delete all my websites while the audience rejoices. This is cyberterrorism. No wonder some of them hide their faces. But we will find them, and trust me, there will be repercussions.”

Hacktivist Martha Root delivered the presentation alongside journalists Eva Hoffmann and Christian Fuchs at the Chaos Communication Congress (39C3).

WhiteChild, a platform claiming to connect white supremacists’ sperm and egg donors, and WhiteDeal, a marketplace promoted for racists, were also eliminated and downloaded during the event. All three platforms are thought to be operated by the same administrator.

Root alleges to have uncovered the true identity of the websites’ owner as a woman from Germany, though this remains unverified.
