80s siren Rosanna Arquette from Pulp Fiction and Desperately Seeking Susan seems unimaginable at 66, see her now

Rosanna Arquette was agelessly luminous when she posed up a storm at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah over the weekend.

The 66-year-old actress shot to fame in the 1980s, delivering a fan favorite performance opposite Madonna in the movie Desperately Seeking Susan.

She remained a top-flight Hollywood figure into the 1990s, featuring for example in Quentin Tarantino‘s Pulp Fiction as the wife of a drug dealer who provides an adrenaline shot to save the Uma Thurman character from an overdose.

However her career then declined, she alleges, because she spurned Harvey Weinstein‘s advances and he then had her reputation besmirched in the industry.

Nevertheless she has continued acting, featuring Charli XCX’s new mockumentary The Moment amid a cast that includes Kylie Jenner and Alexander Skarsgard.

She demonstrated her winning sense of quirky style at the movie’s Sundance premiere, bundling up in maroon fleece and a jaunty top hat.

Her still fiery hair cascaded in gentle waves over her shoulders, elegantly framing her radiant complexion as she smiled for the cameras on the red carpet.

Arquette – the sister of Patricia Arquette and David Arquette – emphasized her lithe frame in a fitted outfit including a set of knee-high leather boots.

Her new movie is a parody of a documentary following Charli XCX preparing for a tour, as record executives mull how to achieve a ‘Brat summer forever.’

‘It’s not a tour documentary or a concert film in any way, but the seed of the idea was conceived from this idea of being pressured to make one,’ Charli XCX explained.

‘It’s fiction, but it’s the realest depiction of the music industry that I’ve ever seen,’ she added while promoting the project in Vanity Fair last year.

The Moment is directed by Scots filmmaker Aidan Zamiri, who previously directed the music videos for Charli XCX’s songs 360 and Guess.

Arquette and Skarsgard feature in the picture as invented characters, but a number of the celebrities in the cast are playing themselves.

Among them is none other than Kylie Jenner, as well as Kanye West’s former fling Julia Fox, I Love LA starlet Rachel Sennott and Interview editor Mel Ottenberg.

Arquette’s memorable movies down the years include Martin Scorsese’s After Hours, David Cronenberg’s Crash and the Bruce Willis starrer The Whole Nine Yards.

She herself has broken into directing, helming the 2002 documentary Searching for Debra Winger about the pressures faced by aging actresses.

Arquette recalled in an interview last year that Madonna ‘exploded’ into global superstardom ‘as we were making’ Desperately Seeking Susan in 1985.

‘It was pretty intense and overwhelming for her, but she handled it great. She wasn’t a global superstar yet. She became one while we were doing that,’ she said.

‘She had hits, but then I remember looking at her on the cover of Rolling Stone on set and thinking: “Wow!”’ Arquette recalled to the Guardian.
