Man, 20, is charged with rape and intercourse offences in opposition to three ladies after two ‘had been held in a car in opposition to their will’
A 20-year-old man has been charged with multiple rape and sexual offences after two girls were allegedly found being held in a vehicle against their will.
Tarek Miah is accused of four counts of rape and a number of other sexual assaults – including causing a child to watch a sexual act and false imprisonment – relating to three girls.
Miah, from Worthing in West Sussex, was arrested on February 7 after Sussex Police received a report that two teenage girls were being held captive in a car in the small town of Midhurst.
He also faces allegations of another non-recent sexual offence involving a third girl.
Miah is currently being held in custody and is set to appear at Crawley Magistrates Court today.
All three victims are being supported by specialist officers.
