BREAKING Donald Trump ‘falls asleep’ at main occasion as new well being fears emerge

Sleepy Donald Trump has appeared to nod off during the first meeting of his so-called ‘Bored of Peace’. The Orange Manbaby, 79, was seen with his eyes closed during a livestream of the event in Washington, where world leaders and national delegations have met.

One social media user wrote: “More than two hours into this ‘Board of Peace’ meeting, we are now enduring random world leader open mic time and Trump’s eyes are closed.”

Fears over the US president’s health have previously been raised after he was seen napping during a live tv broadcast in the Oval Office as officials delivered a lecture on proposals for reducing weight loss drug costs.

World leaders gathered in Washington for the inaugural meeting of Trump’s Board of Peace on Thursday.

During one leader’s speech, a drowsy-looking Donald was seen with his eyes shut as he slumbered in his chair.

One X user said: “More like “Bored of Peace.” Another social media wag quipped: “This is the way my 96 yo dad looks at the home after he has lunch… get him a bib.” Another branded him the “Commander in sleep” and urged: “Someone wheel Grandpa back to his room.”

Someone else called him the “Nodfather”. Another fumed: “Look at him. Slumped. On the edge of falling over. Sleeping peacefully. I’m surprised he isn’t snoring. What a joke.”

Trump would often brand his predecessor Joe Biden “Sleepy Joe”, but his health has often been in the spotlight as he appeared to regularly doze off in meetings and use make up to cover up his famed bruised hand.

In December, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced that Trump’s second health check in a year included a “preventative MRI” to examine his heart and abdomen.

But one cardiac expert warned he is “seriously concerned” about Trump’s health during a rambling speech that month.

Initially intended to oversee post-conflict Gaza, Trump’s “Board of Peace” remit has been widened. But the project has faced criticism and key US allies, including the UK, Germany and France, have said they won’t join.

Earlier, he told delegates the US would contribute $10 billion to the Board of Peace, an amount he said was small “compared to the cost of war.”

He also said that other Board of Peace members had donated roughly $7 billion in total, and that several countries committed to sending troops and police to help stabilize Gaza.

And he added that Indonesia, Morocco, Albania, Kosovo and Kazakhstan “have all committed troops and police to stabilize Gaza.”

Trump added that other nations, like Egypt and Jordan “are likewise providing very, very substantial help” to create “a very trustworthy Palestinian police force.”
