Sick married trainer, 29, who ‘molested scholar’ had complained of ‘creepy males’
Danielle Weaver, 29, handed herself into the cops after a warrant was made for her arrest – her husband has since filed for divorce and has custody of their two kids
A married high school teacher charged with molesting a student once moaned about how “creepy” men are.
Pervert Danielle Weaver, 29, was arrested on February 18 after reports surfaced that she had inappropriate sexual contact with a minor, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) confirmed. The mum-of-two worked at Lee County High School in the US, where she is understood to have met the youngster.
Her husband, Caleb, filed for divorce and has been granted temporary custody of their two daughters. He cited that the couple split on February 5 after their relationship had been “irretrievably broken”, according to court documents.
Astonishingly, Weaver once called out a “creepy” man who asked her for a vape while she was minding her own business in a TikTok post. “Okay, I just need to know something for a minute – why do men have to be so creepy sometimes?” she said in the clip.
The video quickly sparked a savage reaction after news of her shocking arrest broke, with one user snapping: “Why do teachers gotta be so creepy?”
School district officials acknowledged earlier this month that there was an “ongoing legal investigation” at the high school’s freshman campus.
In a statement on February 5, which didn’t name Weaver, they wrote: “Upon discovering the allegations, school and district leadership acted immediately to ensure the safety and well-being of students, as well as to conduct a thorough investigation. It was also confirmed that the staff member involved “is no longer working for the district.”
Law enforcements have yet to release any details on what exactly happened but the school was first made aware of the allegations on February 3, who then contacted the cops. A warrant for her arrest was then put out on February 17.
Weaver handed herself in the next day and was subsequently charged with child molestation and improper sexual contact by an employee, agent or foster parent.
The GBI said the investigation is ongoing and will be forwarded to the Southwestern Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office for prosecution once complete, according to the New York Post.
On February 1, a matter of weeks before she was arrested, she posted a TikTok of herself dancing with her two young children. Other videos on her social media page show the births of her kids and even her dancing with students in a classroom.
