Hidden message written inside US soldier’s jackets after pilot shot down over Kuwait
The US pilots shot down over Kuwait were reportedly carrying a survival message sewn inside their jackets. This latest update comes after several US warplanes crashed in Kuwait earlier this week, according to official confirmation.
Footage circulated on social media depicting a US fighter jet plummeting to the ground, engulfed in flames. American military sources initially refrained from commenting on the incident, as well as on claims by Russian war channels that the F-15 was hit by “friendly fire“, or Iranian assertions that their forces had downed the aircraft.
Now, according to research from the Azeri Times, the US pilots were carrying a “blood chit” message. Written in English, Arabic, Turkish, Persian, and Kurdish, it read: “I am an American and I do not speak your language. I will do you no harm.
“Please give me food, water, shelter, clothing, and a doctor. Help me reach American or friendly forces. When you provide my name and this number to US authorities, you will be rewarded.”
Speculation also arose suggesting that the Al-Hashd Al-Shaabi militia group – also known as Popular Mobilisation Forces – might have been behind the downing of the warplane. The crash occurred within 6.2 miles of the US Ali Al Salem base in Kuwait, with the Kuwait Defence Ministry confirming that several US warplanes had crashed, but their crews survived.
The jet captured in the video featured twin engines, consistent with either an F-15E or F/A-18 fighter jet. Both types of jets are operated by the US, whilst Kuwait operates F/A-18 jets.
A US F-15 fighter was brought down over Kuwait. The pilot managed to eject successfully and was seen alive on the ground.
Footage showed the aircraft aflame and hurtling downwards after being struck. The plane was likely involved in defending US or Western facilities in Kuwait against attacks.
Flames and smoke were seen rising from the embassy compound in Kuwait City following the Iranian assault, which occurred shortly after a US warning for Americans in the area to seek shelter and others to keep their distance. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
Subsequently, Kuwait’s defence ministry reported several US warplanes crashing in the country on Monday, with all pilots successfully ejecting.
The ministry did not provide details on what led to the crashes, but they occurred during a period of intense Iranian fire aimed at the nation.
