Prince William ‘might be King’ inside the subsequent 6-12 months, claims insider
Rob Shuter, a former publicist for Princess Michael of Kent, has claimed Prince William could become King in the next six to 12 months as he discussed rumours King Charles may abdicate the throne
Royal insider Rob Shuter appeared alongside journalist Maureen Callahan to explore King Charles III’s future, as he suggested his eldest son, Prince William, might ascend to the throne within 12 months.
During the most recent instalment of The Nerve with Maureen Callahan, the former spokesman for Princess Michael of Kent Rob explored speculation surrounding the King’s alleged plan to offer Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s Royal Lodge to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as an olive branch.
Following their detailed discussion of the purported proposal, the duo proceeded to examine how much longer the 77 year old King Charles might remain on the throne.
Rob revealed to listeners: “My sources in the palace are strong – I was the publicist for Princess Michael of Kent – I have worked for the Royal Family. I got a cheque from them, I got a monthly retainer from them.
Rob subsequently alleged his “bombshell” article regarding how the King should relinquish the throne imminently had been studied by palace officials. He continued: “I am told within the palace, ‘Your bombshell piece saying Charles should abdicate was read within the palace, and a lot of people agree with you.
‘ It’s time to turn the page. We have spoken about it before, Maureen…”He then claimed Prince William could become King in the next six to 12 months, insisting: “He’s already the King – he’s the acting King in all but name.
“Turning his attention back to Charles, the royal expert said he doesn’t think William would “fight” if his father gave Andrew’s Royal Lodge for Prince Harry to use.Andrew was recently kicked out of Royal Lodge and now lives at Wood Farm on the King’s Sandringham Estate in Norfolk after losing his royal titles.”
So be it, I don’t think William is going to fight on that hill,” Rob expanded. “There’s much bigger issues William is going to be dealing with. “, reports the Express.
