Man Utd information: Major goal ‘agrees private phrases’ as England star makes emotions clear
Manchester United are in the market for several top new signings this summer, with Michael Carrick keen to add to his squad after sealing a deal for Brazilian Ederson
Manchester United will be hoping to utilise the transfer window to capitalise on their recent upward trajectory. New permanent boss Michael Carrick guided the club back into Champions League qualification during his caretaker period and will be keen to bolster his squad.
Casemiro’s exit has elevated central midfield to one of United’s primary concerns. A deal has already been secured for Atlanta sensation Ederson, with Carrick’s outfit anticipated to make additional signings in the engine room.
United enjoyed the benefits of no European commitments last season and will require a more extensive squad to handle multiple competitions. The club are reportedly pursuing a new left-back to provide competition for Luke Shaw, with Eintracht Frankfurt’s Nathaniel Brown amongst those rumoured to be heading to Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford has revealed his thoughts after witnessing England colleague Anthony Gordon seal a switch to Barcelona. Mirror Football examines some of the major stories surrounding United, reports the Mirror.
Marcus Rashford has displayed his emotions regarding Barcelona following the club’s choice to acquire Anthony Gordon. The £70million transaction leaves Rashford facing an uncertain future after his loan stint at the Camp Nou, having repeatedly voiced his wish to remain at the Catalan outfit, who possess an option to make his transfer permanent for £26m. Gordon’s position on the same wing as Rashford casts doubt over the latter’s prospects of remaining at Barcelona. However, the ex-Newcastle United winger has revealed how Rashford responded to his transfer, as both players are part of England’s World Cup squad.
“He was just telling me how good the lads are there, the team spirit that they have, which I heard already from the people in Barca,” Gordon shared with talkSPORT following England’s 1-0 victory over New Zealand.
“So I’m really looking forward to joining up with them. He was also telling me about the city, places to live. He’s a lovely guy, very caring. So he was just giving me a bit of information.”
Eintracht Frankfurt left-back Nathaniel Brown is reportedly close to a move to Bayern Munich. Manchester Evening News suggests that Brown is one of several left-backs being monitored by United.
Sky Sport Germany reports that the 22 year old has agreed personal terms with Bayern. Brown is said to have agreed a deal until 2031, but the Bundesliga champions have yet to meet Frankfurt’s £51.8million valuation.
This means the transfer could still fall through if Bayern and Frankfurt cannot agree on a fee. The German international notched up four goals and four assists in 33 league matches last season.
