Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tie the knot as MSG shows ‘simply married’ signal
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have officially tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City, with the couple surrounded by family, friends and celebrity guests

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce officially marked their newlywed era with a grand celebration in front of family, friends and celebrity mates in New York City.
The singer and the NFL star hosted a lavish, star-studded wedding at Madison Square Garden (MSG) on Friday night. MSG has now verified the news with a sign that proclaimed, “JUSTandT MARRIED!”
Taylor and Travis have been romantically involved since the summer of 2023 and the duo made their relationship public that October, when they were spotted hand-in-hand at a Saturday Night Live party.
The couple’s paths first crossed when Travis attended the Eras Tour concert at Arrowhead Stadium.
Speaking on his New Heights podcast alongside his brother Jason Kelce, Travis confessed he was disappointed he couldn’t meet Taylor at the time and present her with a bracelet bearing his phone number.
Travis and Taylor’s nuptials come less than a year after they announced their engagement. The pair thrilled fans with the news in August 2025, posting a series of engagement photos on Instagram with the caption, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
The proposal featured breath-taking floral arrangements and a massive diamond ring.
Swift’s spokesperson confirmed that both the bride and groom donned Dior for the ceremony. Their outfits were crafted by Jonathan Anderson, creative director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections.
Tree Paine revealed that the pair’s footwear was specially crafted by Christian Louboutin, while Swift’s jewellery was provided by Cartier.
Swift and Kelce opted against having bridesmaids or groomsmen, Swift’s publicist has also confirmed. Rather, Swift’s brother Austin Swift acted as her Man of Honour while Kelce’s brother Jason took on the role of his Best Man.
“The ceremony joined both families together and was officiated by friend Adam Sandler,” the statement announcing the marriage added.
