Adult stars’ horror accidents – Emily Willis tragedy to Angela White’s ‘pummelled’ nightmare
Easy job being an adult star you reckon? Rock up, get your makeup done and then have sex on camera for a few hours.
Think again – as the X-rated entertainment world is fraught with health hazards. From on-set injuries sustained through “vigorous pounding” to off-camera struggles with drug addiction, being a mattress actor is not all fun and games.
The most common injuries adult stars suffer are usually ‘in the act’. There’s a long list of over-exertions in front of the lens which have led to a spell on the sidelines.

They include Australian adult star Angela White who recalled how she once got “pummelled so hard” it nearly ruptured her appendix.
White had been shooting with adult star Kiernan Lee, a male star known for his notable manhood.
“It’s true Lee’s million-dollar penis reaches places it shouldn’t,” White told the Only Stans podcast in 2023. However White solved the issue by getting her appendix removed which meant “there’s way more room up in there now.”

White appears to have gotten her own back on Lee. In a later scene the pair shot together, her ‘lockjaw’ resulted in nearly biting off his member while performing a sex act.
In 2021, US-based Adriana Chechik revealed the damage to her neck, spine and brainstem she sustained during rough romps recorded for the internet.
“I feel like it’s just like sexier wrestling,” Chechik said, comparing her craft to that of WWE performers. “I have a really f***** up neck now. I have a pinched nerve and my C6 and 7 [parts of the spine] are out of place.”

But it’s not just the ladies who are picking up niggles from their working days – sometimes they’re doling out the pain to their male counterparts.
Riley Reid, one of the world’s most popular adult stars, said her nails once “ripped” a man’s todger to shreds while she was performing a sex act.
Away from the bedroom, Scottish bombshell Lana Wolf once had her leg broken in four places by a horse. Images shared online showed the racy actor in a cast after the horror accident.

But the most tragic tale is that of Emily Willis, the US star who now needs round-the-clock care after a ketamine addiction left her permanently disabled in 2024.
Willis – real name Litzy Lara Banuelos – was one of the globe’s biggest porn actresses with the world at her feet. However, beneath the glitz and recognition, a silent battle was brewing.

Like countless others who face the crushing demands of high-profile entertainment, Willis found herself battling substance abuse.
In early 2024, she entered a luxury rehab centre in California seeking to turn her life around. But eight days later she was discovered unconscious in her room.
She suffered a severe, irreversible brain injury and remains unable to walk, move independently, or speak, relying entirely on medical intervention and the constant care of her loved ones.
