Mia Khalifa has been named in an ‘Argentinophobia’ rant by an Argentina TV channel after their World Cup final shame.
Argentina failed to go back-to-back at the festival of football earlier this month – but their 1-0 loss in the final was overshadowed by the unsavoury scenes after the full-time whistle, when some of their sore losers on the pitch punched and lashed out at Spain players. And as Spanish fans celebrated their win, so too did Mia.
However, the former adult performer’s constant comments against Lionel Messi’s 2022 world champions led to her being called out alongside 10 other high-profile names by Jonatan Viale, in an appearance on Todo Noticias, as the main culprits of ‘Argentinophobia’.

In a strange starting team, Viale slammed the Egypt manager Hossam Hassan – who accused FIFA of favouring Lionel Messi and the South American nation – as well as the likes of Piers Morgan and iShowSpeed.
Samuel L. Jackson was also named in the list, who labelled Argentina as “one of the most racist countries in the world” after the World Cup final.
Throughout the tournament in North America, Mia was constantly rooting against Argentina. Ahead of their semi-final with England, Mia wrote, on an Instagram story: “Who do I think is gonna win? Ide man as long as it’s not Argentina.”

She also posted another message to Argentina fans on X: Just know I was prepared to root against Argentina no matter what today.”
Argentina fans accused her of having being “anti-Argentina football”. But she then doubled-down after the game, and Jude Bellingham’s slap on Valentin Barco: “The might buy a Bellingham kit just for that slap lmfaoooooooo.”
Mia then caused more fury in the final when she put her money where her mouth is as she bet exactly $1m on Spain to win at odds of 1.65.

Mia wrote: “Believed and won big. So proud of my home country Spain (not a drop of Spanish blood in me)…LMFAOOOOOOO all sports betting is at the end it the day is calling in and listening to your divine intuition.”
Mia also commented how she was thankful to be able to “be here hating on Messi in person.”
Writing on 1Win, who she is an ambassador for, Mia said: “I’m a little witchy so I love the fact that some outlet reported that Lamine Yamal is 19, playing on the 19th, wearing number 19.
“Numbers don’t lie!!!! And I don’t mean stats, I mean numerology!! Aside from that I’m rooting against Argentina solely for the love of the game of hating!”
